ONE is a national, educator-led accountability network built to expose and address antisemitism, bias, and discrimination in K–12 schools. We help educators document harm safely, connect verified evidence to partners who can act, and hold unions, districts, and public agencies to the standards they claim to uphold.

Antisemitic incidents in K–12 are rising, yet most reporting systems minimize them or erase Jewish identity entirely from equity frameworks. This leaves Jewish educators and students unprotected and invisible in data. ONE exists to correct that structural gap through visibility, transparency, and enforceable accountability.

No. ONE is for any educator, ally, or partner organization committed to protecting truth, safety, and equal treatment in public education. Many educators who join are not Jewish—they simply believe in ethical, bias-free schools where discrimination is not tolerated.

Educators will be able to report incidents securely through One Advocate K12, our reporting and analytics platform. Cases are vetted, anonymized, and added to a growing dataset used to surface patterns, inform partners, and drive district and union accountability. Reports are never published without protection and context.
