Protecting truth, safety, and accountability in America’s schools

ONE is not a statement or a campaign. It is an infrastructure project for truth and safety in education. If you understand how urgent that is, you belong in this work.

OUR STORY

Across the country, Jewish educators and allies are facing a simple choice that should never exist: stay quiet about antisemitism and bias or risk your job by speaking up. Incidents are minimized. Complaints disappear. Systems that promise equity often ignore Jewish identity entirely.

One Nation of Educators (ONE) is a national, educator-led accountability network built to change that reality, not just comment on it.

Our Mission

01

To protect educators and students by exposing antisemitism and discrimination in K-12 education.

02

Turn verified evidence into lawful, structural reform.

03

Equip educators to document harm safely.

04

Connect that evidence to partners who can act.

05

Hold unions, districts, and public agencies to the standards they claim to uphold.

Why Now?

More like, why not now...

It is time for a public education system where Jewish educators and students are fully visible in data, protected by law, and represented in the decisions that shape their classrooms.

We see a future where speaking up about bias is treated as a civic duty, not a career risk, and where transparent data makes it impossible for institutions to ignore discrimination of any kind.

  • Antisemitic and bias incidents in K-12 are rising while reporting systems fail to capture the truth.

  • Jewish identity is often erased from equity frameworks, which means it is also erased from protection.

  • Educators who challenge biased curricula, training, or union communications are frequently isolated and punished.

The gap is structural. There is no national, educator-first infrastructure that collects verified data, protects whistleblowers, and forces public accountability.

ONE is being built to fill that gap.

Advocacy and Protection

ONE organizes regional educator networks, supports lawful complaints, and drives union and district accountability campaigns so no teacher stands alone.

Data and Transparency

Educators report incidents securely. Verified cases feed anonymized datasets, transparency reports, and public dashboards that reveal patterns and pressure institutions to act.

Education and Research

ONE and the ONE Institute will produce research briefs, curriculum reviews, and training that restore accuracy, civil-rights literacy, and historical integrity to the classroom.
